Zimbali Travel Regulations
Only business travel is allowed during lockdown level 3. We are open for Business Travel under the regulations and requirements below.
1. Each Business guest MUST provide their work permits, a letter from their employer confirming that they are traveling for business, and a description of their business involvement within KZN.
2. Each Guest ID/Passport copy is required to be submitted to the agent prior to confirmation and to the Zimbali Welcome Centre upon arrival for check-in.
3. Business Guests will have no access to any of the facilities on the Estate and will only have access to the rental home for the duration of their business stay.
4. The check in process will only be available between Monday - Friday -08h00 - 16h30 at Zimbali. (The ZEMA office will close at 17h00 with no exceptions)
5.All business guests MUST wear a mask, sanitize and practice social distancing. These are essential.
6. No visitor codes will be permitted to business guests. this includes deliveries.
7. No UBER codes are allowed.
These rules are set out by the Zimbali Estate Management Association. They will not process any bookings that do not comply with these regulations.
